Security
To ensure your child's safety and protection, activities at the Toddle Inn Child Care Center are monitored by video and audio tape surveillance and recording mechanisms. To perserve your child's privacy, tapes will not be available for any purpose other than legal protection.

Amendments
The owner reserves the right to amend policies under special circumstances with some notice to parents.

Emergency Management Plan
In the event of a state emergency, staff and students are equipped for an extended stay at each center. If it becomes necessary to evacuate, we rely on the public safety departments to aid us and supply transportation to a secure site. Toddle Inn will alert parents via phone. Call phones are available at each site if land service is interrupted. All pertinent information for each child is kept with management.

Confidentiality and Security of Children's Records
All children's records are kept in the office in a fireproof, locked safe. Only Toddle Inn personnel have access to children's files.
